IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION - PLEASE READ BEFOREHAND

To book, please click on the date in the calendar, then when the drop down box appears select your team 'type' and 'size' for example 'Explorer Team of 4', then add to your basket.

Once you proceed to the 'Guest Details' page, you will need to provide your Team Name and District in the very top line (your Team Name in the 'First Name' field and your District in the 'Surname' field - see the example here: https://imgur.com/VJ5uDI6).

The contact details provided at Step 3 (the Billing Address etc.) will be used as the Team's contact information. Please note that the name provided must be the Leader/Contact for Scout and Explorer Teams.

You will then receive a confirmation e-mail, joining instructions will be sent separately prior to the event.
